Our Acoustic doors are manufactured from 1.2mm corrosion resistant steel or stainless steel, 52mm leaf thickness with an infill of layers of mineral fibre, plasterboard and rubberised sheet to give a level of acoustic attenuation from 22 to 54dB, fitted with acoustic seals and threshold.

The frame is made from 1.6mm corrosion resistant steel filled with plaster insulation, frames fitted with adjustable screws for fixing, each door hung on 3 class 3 stainless steel hinges with the addition of two dog bolts.

Sizes available up to an opening size single door 1200mm wide x 2700mm & double doors 2400mm wide x 2700mm high, available in grey prima or a range of powder coated coloured finishes.
