A British made high quality steel Fire Exit Door that is either available in a range of standard sizes or custom made to size, can be supplied as single or double doors with a number of options from different types of panic bars to other options such as door closers, drop bars, kick and finger plates and D handles, we are able to fulfill customers specific requirements.

Our Steel Fire Exit door frames are manufactured from 1.6mm zintec rust proofed steel, the frame is fitted with 12 adjusters and a Hex tool for tightening, making the fitting of the door much easier than with a traditional steel door, a non adjustable frame can be supplied by request, the frame has a 90mm single rebate profile with integral mounting plates that are prepared for inside or outside fixing along with draft proof seals for onsite fitting.

The threshold is DDA compliant and manufactured from aluminium, our standard door leaf is made from 1.2 mm zintec treated steel folded into a 45mm thick leaf with a bonded composite Dufaylite honycombe core that gives the Fire Security Door tremendous rigidity, the door has an integral Anti Jemmy strip built into the design of the door.

Four heavy duty stainless hinges are fitted as a minimum to all our Fire Exit Doors, manufactured to BS EN 1935 2002 grade 13, 6 hinges are fitted on larger doors

The doors are supplied as standard in a Grey Powder coated coloured finish with the option at extra cost of ordering the doors in a standard range of coloured finishes
