Level 5, Tested Steel Door

SECURITY
Our very heavy duty RB5 high Security Doors and Blast Doors are designed to protect high risk high value properties from attempts at forced entry by professional burglars, using heavy duty hand tools, power tools and explosives.

DOOR LEAF
steel doorsheet and a 3mm steel sheet on the inside door, fitted with integral steel strengtheners and with a mineral wool infill.

The Door leaf is manufactured from mild steel welded construction with a 4mm steel external steel sheet and 3mm on the internal face. Fitted with a built in anti-jemmy strip.

DOOR FRAME
High security two part frame system allows for highest security, the first part is fitted to the opening with the second welded on site to protect the fixings, heavy duty dog bolts are fitted to the frame.

Has heavy duty drop-on hinges so the door to be removed once the leaf has passed 90 degrees. Large diameter Hinge Bolts (dog bolts) are fitted to the frame to prevent the door from being removed if the hinges are attacked.

FINISHES
The RB5 Door is of welded construction in order to achieve a very high level of security, this means it is not possible to achieve the normal high level of aesthetic finish of other doors in the range, available in any standard BS or RAL powder coated finish.

SIZES
The doors are custom made in 10mm increments, single opening doors size range from 690mm to 1390mm and double door size for openings 1290mm to 2600mm, heights available up to 2900mm.

LOCKING
Fitted with a seven point High Security Multipoint Deadlock. Lockcase and cylinder protected with anti-drill security. Plus a High Security central sashlock. Alternatively high security multi-point panic hardware for fire escapes.

APPLICATIONS
The Doors are designed for high risk heavy duty applications such as Secure Strong-Rooms, Drug Stores and Cash Offices, the door is sufficiently robust to protect against attack with explosives.

TESTING
The Doors have been independently tested in Sweden to Test SS 81 73 45, the doors had a simulated 30 minute attack using hand and power tools including an electric drill, hammer, grinder and saw

Locks are anti-drill tested to BS EN 1303 Security grade 6, BLAST SD5 doors have been tested and passed EXR3 of BS EN 13124-2, the Explosion, Resistance standard, with explosive blasts using explosives.
