Door Leaf

Double skinned door leaf, 45 mm thick with a double pan construction folded and bolted.

Standard door leaf is manufactured from *1.2 mm thick steel, 1.6 mm thick skin can be supplied at extra cost for high security applications.

With integral bonded core, standard Steel door leaf is manufactured from 1.2 mm thick steel, with a1.6 mm thick Frame, 1.6 mm thick skin can be supplied at extra cost.

Manufactured from Galvanised Steel and supplied with a 5 year anti corrosion guarantee.

Built in Anti-Jemmy Strip, this protects the frame and lock from crowbar attack.

Each Leaf fitted with Four Stainless Steel Hinges for added strength and durability (BS 1935.2002 grade 13)Four Solid Steel 17.5 mm diameter Dog Bolts.

Door Frame

Single Steel Doors delivered with frame assembled; Double Steel Doors the frames need to be assembled on site.

Constructed from 1.6mm Galvanised Steel.Aluminium Low Profile Threshold in compliance with the Disability and Discrimination Act.

Supplied with draught seals.

Finish

Steel door and frame are supplied as standard with matt grey powder coated finish RAL 7012 this can be left or painted on site, (standard range of other colours available at extra cost)Doors supplied with following standard hardware:-
