Door Leaf

Double skinned door leaf, 45 mm thick with a double pan construction folded and bolted.

Standard door leaf is manufactured from *1.2 mm thick steel, 1.6 mm thick skin can be supplied at extra cost for high security applications.

With integral bonded core, standard Steel door leaf is manufactured from 1.2 mm thick steel, with a1.6 mm thick Frame, 1.6 mm thick skin can be supplied at extra cost.

Manufactured from zintec Steel and supplied with a 5 year anti corrosion guarantee.

Built in Anti-Jemmy Strip, this protects the frame and lock from crowbar attack.

Each Leaf fitted with Four Stainless Steel Hinges for added strength and durability (BS 1935.2002 grade 13) with a minimum of 6 Solid Steel 17.5 mm diameter Dog Bolts (more on larger doors)

Door Frame

Single Steel Doors delivered with frame assembled; Double Steel Doors the frames need to be assembled on site.

Constructed from 1.6mm zintec Steel.Aluminium Low Profile Threshold in compliance with the Disability and Discrimination Act.

Supplied with draught seals.

Finish

Steel door and frame are supplied in zintec finish. Can be powder coated in any standard colour for £70, this can be left or painted on site, Doors supplied with following standard hardware:-

Secured by Design Vectis-cylinder free Multi point lock, 6 point compliant with Pas 23/24, consists of 2 hooks, 3 deadbolts and a latch

Millenco cylinder fitted to the lock complies with BS EN1 303: Grade 5

Door Accessories

Nu Mail letterplate confirms to the requirements of BS EN 13721:200, has a 180-degree flap, fully spring loaded and has weather sealing against drafts

Knocker

The Nu-Victorian Knocker has been specially designed for composite doors and has been lifetime tested to 50.000 cycles.

Knocker and Letter plate available in Gold, Chrome, White, Black or Satin Chrome
